You are welcome to be home to meet our cleaning providers. In case you are not home please leave a key in some safe place, place a key lock on the door or any other method you may prefer to allow the cleaners to gain access to your home.

Unfortunately, in this situation our company will already have allocated that time slot to you and will have traveled to your home. We expect that you will understand that it is only fair to compensate them for this and so we charge a lock-out fee of $45.00.
